GWN's Fitness Thread

I've been swimming laps a lot lately and I love it. Much easier on the body than running all the time.
 
I've been slacking since I graduated and got home. Been on leave for the last month. First day back to work is Monday and it's time to get back to that grind.
 
Yessir.. Where your posts been?

I've still been going at it, but not as frequently. With me being in Murfreesboro and taking these classes 2 out of the past 3 weeks, I haven't been able to get in every day. This week I've been catching back up though. Logged about 10 miles so far this week and have really increased the pace in my workout. Only taking 30 seconds breaks and now doing 4 sets of 12's. Trying to drop this dad bod fast. It's working though.
 
Solid work men

I've been upping my mileage over the last few weeks and am pushing around 20 over 3 runs. My right achilles is starting to bother me a little though, so I probably need to back off a little.
