GWN's Fitness Thread

After a deadlift/squat routine, did this WOD:

-15 pull-ups
-tire flip the length of the infield of a 1/4 mi track (85 flips)
-30 sledgehammer hits on tire with 20lb sledge
-15 pull-ups
-flip tire back across infield
-15 pull-ups

23:26

That's my warm up

I'm committed to doing this interval program every other day for 48 days but as soon as it's over I look forward to ripping off a long run

You seeing results?

Yeah. I need to get more committed to the weights and could always diet better but things are certainly on the up and up.

I'm more concerned with the process and making healthier habits than actual results. I know seeing results is easy motivation though so there's a good balance.

I need to get into a stretching program next but not trying to do too much at once.

You can stream the p90x yoga video. It's really good. Even just doing the first half of the video before it transitions into traditional stretching makes me feel great. You should look into it, or something of that nature.

Grinded through 45 minutes.. Legs were dead first half, by the time they got normal I was winded from dragging them the first 20 min. All in all good run tho
