After a deadlift/squat routine, did this WOD:
-15 pull-ups
-tire flip the length of the infield of a 1/4 mi track (85 flips)
-30 sledgehammer hits on tire with 20lb sledge
-15 pull-ups
-flip tire back across infield
-15 pull-ups
