Got a little bit of upper body circuit in last night and just finished 40 min interval running
 
The humidity and the sweating is the realest. I feel like I'm running in a weight vest by the time I'm done. Clothes are saturated
 
Went the white monster route this morning. Not quite as good but certainly not bad
 
Maybe try the orange one as well (Ultra Sunrise). I like both a lot but it's probably a big switch for you from Cokes.
 
I meant not as good as the black/green one. Definitely gets the job done. Not big on citrus/orange flavored anything
 
After a deadlift/squat routine, did this WOD:

-15 pull-ups
-tire flip the length of the infield of a 1/4 mi track (85 flips)
-30 sledgehammer hits on tire with 20lb sledge
-15 pull-ups
-flip tire back across infield
-15 pull-ups
