GWN's Fitness Thread

My diet used to be TERRIBLE. I wouldn't eat fruit or vegetables (texture thing) and I was picky. It's been rough to get on a set diet considering I've never been on one lol

5-3-1 deadlift and squats

20 mins on the stair master
 
I eat the same thing literally every day except Saturday. That will change some with dinners when I get home in a few weeks, but still...pretty boring. I don't want to change what is working, though.
 
5x5 bench
3x8 decline
3x25 curls band work
3x15 military press band work
4x15 tricep extension band work
4x25 burpee+jump
 
Did yoga tonight. That shlt is ridiculous difficult for someone who isn't flexible. I'm sweating more now than I do after running a couple miles.
 
You're doing the P90x yoga? That one is really good and really underrated. I think most people skip it but it's really worthwhile.
 
It's tough, no doubt about that. It lasts forever too. I rarely make it all the way through the whole thing.
