That is solid right there.

I don't have a lot going on today, so I may mix in a 4-5 mile run for fun this afternoon.

It's an ass kicker for sure. I always save it for my last exercise of the week, usually on a Friday but not going to get a chance to hit the gym tomorrow so today it is.

Also, finally started running again. Only doing 2.5 miles three days a week with the dog when we wake up but I figured anything is better than nothing.

Take your time and work up slow. I ended up with a stress fracture in my ankle once from ramping up too much too fast.

Stress fracture and plantar fasciitis king over here. Stuff sucks

Been running short distances/sprints in a pair of shoes I won called the Mizuno Wave Sayanora. Incridible shoe for distances of 3 miles or shorter. Probably the best lightweight shoe I've ever owned.

Every minute on the minute for 20 rounds:

8 jump squats
5 box press (like close grip pushups on a box)
6 Club bell Park Squats (Clubbell looks like a huge weighted bat...holding with both hands, swing it down between your legs like a KB swing, then bring it up and rest on your shoulder as you squat. Alternate shoulders)

As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 min...

8 KB swings (62lb)
13 Overhead tricep extensions, 25lb (we used a club bell, but one could use a KB or DB)
21 Lunges (left+right=1)

I made it 9 rounds. I sure as hell am going to feel the 378 total lunges tomorrow.
