I've gone to a 5x5 routine with just 5 total movements. Squat, Bench, Barbell Row and Squat, Military Press (standing) and Dead lift. Alternate those two workouts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 5 sets of 5 reps, as much weight as you can do. Once you hit 5 reps on the fifth set, the next workout you go up 5lbs on that lift.
I like it so far. But it's a shat load of squats.
Damn, you're the same weight as I am right now and I'm pretty sure you are a lot taller than I am.

I'm OCD with this shat, man. Admittedly. Drives my wife crazy.
Some people bust their ass in the gym so they can eat and drink whatever they want and not worry so much about how they look. I wish I could be content with that. The way I see it...no way I'm putting myself through this hell without being able to see results in the mirror. Plus I've been able to eat pretty much what I want on Saturday and still progress...keeps me sane.
Good for you, man. Sometimes you just need that little kick in the ass to get it going again.
