After-hours PT with our basic class last night...

Countdowns

4 exercises: Burpee, push up, jump squat, flutter kick

All exercises start at 12 reps. Upon "successful" completion of that round, go down to 11 reps...all the way to one rep. If they mess up, we start that round over. Us instructors act like we're almost done when we get down to 3...2...1 reps... cheer them on, etc....

Then we go all the way back up to 12.

Unfortunately, I'm 10-15 years older than most of them and I'm in as much hell today as they are.
 
Did 3 cock push-ups this morning. A new personal best.

First leg day in almost a month and I'm pretty sure this weekend is gonna suck now.
