Tonight's squat, lunge, and calf raise blowout inspired by you Nancy's DVDs

I have leg day tomorrow. Squats and deadlifts for sure...maybe some leg press if I have anything left in the tank.

Ended up being short on time today, so did a short As Fast As Possible instead...

5 rounds

500m Row
10 Renegade Rows (Push-up on dumbells and then row each dumbell to your side while holding the up position)
10 Kettelbell Pullovers (35lb)
10 Kettlebell Deadlift (53lb in each hand)
10 Kettlebell Swings (53lb)

25 minutes

Done those before but didn't know that was the name for them.

But what are KB pullovers?

Lay on your back, feet 6" off the ground. Grasp a KB (or DB) overhead with both hands, but with elbows bent. Keeping your arms locked in that position, pull the weight over your head all the way down to your hips in an arcing motion. Abs will be on fire.

Nice, new addition to core day.

What has really helped me (for those trying to slim up) drinking 2 large glasses of cold water before leaving in the morning. Fills you up and more importantly jump starts the metabolism.

Advocare update...

I'm down 16lbs and just over 2 inches off my waist in 20 days. And I was in pretty decent shape to begin with.

16? Damn.

Yeah...I'm going to finish the "challenge" up next Saturday, and I'm betting I'll be around 20lbs down in a months time. I'm very impressed with the structure and supplementation of the Advocare challenge. Definitely effective.

Last week of the Challenge. Kicked it off right with a 7 mile run this morning. Let's see if I can lose an even 20lbs by Saturday, which would be 28 days.
