Just clipped off 5 at an 8:24 pace but my left Achilles got really tight towards the end..
 
I’ve been lifting again, trying to get stronger before this next marathon prep starts next month. Front squat, deadlift, power clean, bench press 5x5. Really want to improve and maintain leg strength going into the marathon this time.

You know what’s going to help improve and maintain leg strength? Less hills.
