Took over two miles to get loose. Started out to run 3 but since it took so long to warm up I just kept going. Ended up running 6.5 in 60 min. Had to push pretty hard the last ~2 miles to end up with that total pace. Feeling good. Feeling BACK

the first pic is with my lifelong friend Jess at a high school reunion a few of us had. This was last weekend in April, about two weeks ago. The second pic is me 10 days ago with my brother Isaiah (who has lost 50 lbs himself) at a wedding. I want to say it was 90 degrees, I was outside the entire time and been dancing so excuse my sweat stains
