🌶🌶🌶Getting back on the horse starting today. I got 3 weddings to go to starting in July and I’m too charismatic and single to waste those chances
1) No beer (he says weeping)
2) no eating past 9pm
3) yoga program 3-4 times a week
4) no sodas or desserts

Uncle Scott doesn’t write the rules unfortunately, cuz we’d be eatin all night if I didShit I’m still working at 6pm lol
I hate working out
Just keep grinding. Once you make it a habit, it’ll get a lot easier.
Because motivation down and soreness up. Too early for any noticeable gainsWhy is the second workout getting back to it always the hardest
If you use a calendar, put your workouts on there. Some days the only reason I do something is because it pops up. Almost robotic
Eating at home is the #1 thing you should doGot some groceries delivered and got some healthy(ish) shit. I need to start cooking more but along with working out I hate that too
It’s important to have a plan or schedule what your workouts are going to be and a general time to do them no matter what.Might not be a bad idea. That way I’m not being lazy and just playing it by feel

Even when you eat unhealthy at home it’s still better than eating out ha
