GWN's Fitness Thread

If you use a calendar, put your workouts on there. Some days the only reason I do something is because it pops up. Almost robotic
I mark the days I work out on the calendar. If I see consecutive days without red slashes I know I’m falling short. It’s good accountability and motivation.
 
Sugar free protein shake, grilled chicken and rice (and some chik-fil-a sauce for some flavor) after the workout 💪🏻💪🏻
