That’s okay. I didn’t start working out till 5/18 so I still got another week to lose 7 lbs. that would be 25 lbs for the month
 
I think weighing myself in the afternoon and just an hour or two after lunch was a bad idea because I’m down 4 lbs now.

21 lbs in a tad over 3 weeks
