Went to the track yesterday and sprinted some 100s

Then ran some bleacher snakes


Just put another 45 min of interval running in the books
 
44 minutes down

Pretty sure I could knock out a half marathon
Gonna give it a twirl in 3 weeks
 
Just finished Insanity: Asylum Vol 2, Upper Elite. Highly recommend the Asylum series if you're into DVD based workouts.
 
Best I've ever been in forever but then, after I get to Bristol about noon on Thursday, I'll drink and eat my face off and I might be 190 again by the time I arrive home. As long as we beat these fscking turkeys, I'll be happy.
 
I'm already terrified of what Bristol is going to do to my dieting/workout regimen, those 2 and a half days will probably take two weeks to recover from.
