GWN's Fitness Thread

Ran 6 today. Ankle is still squirrelly. Out of town all next week so in going to rest it to see if it improves.
 
Another 45.. Pretty good jump up from previous one. Legs starting to feel it

Weighed in at 182 yesterday morning, was consistently somewhere between 8 to 10 pounds heavier than that going into the summer. Goal was always to get back down to 175 which was where I was when I graduated high school but I'm carrying way more muscle than I was back then. If I was in really, really good shape I should probably be down even lower than that, god forbid even into the 160s, but one thing at a time. At 35 getting to 175 might be difficult enough.
 
I should also likely be in the 160s but will never reach that. I'm shooting for 175 first but carrying more muscle as well.
