Where is everyone?

Pulled the right side of my groin doing sprints with the class today. Can barely walk and my right nut is killing me.
 
Seriously though, get better quick guys. Maybe get a "massage" from the Mrs.

Whenever you are ready to get back to being active, I highly reccomend employing some compression shorts. Not sure if you've ever used them before, I never had until this, but they work wonders.

It's my own damned fault, really...I was running behind because I was teaching in another class, and I didn't stretch out properly at all. And knowing damned well we were going to be doing a run, then sprints.

It's usually a quad that gets me from sprints. Unlucky today.

I will check out the compression shorts for sure, though.
 
My guys got 1 hit tonight across 5 innings and I lit into their ass post game cause I for damn sure don't tip my cap

They work well, real well. In fact, I trusted my legs so much with them on that I thought I was healed. Unfortunately I decided to take them off and not only reaggrivated my groin but also gave myself what I believe to be a mild sports hernia.

Rucker is right. Buddy says he is still developing his moves. That's why he isn't getting PT. Right now his only move is a bullrush, but it insanely obvious that he is on a different level.
