GWN's Fitness Thread

Ran 3.75 today. Goal is 4 Thursday and 6 Saturday. That will put me on track with the program (skipping a week) to be in line for the marathon May 1.

I gotta slow down for the 6er Saturday though. I’m running right at 8 min now.

That’s a great pace. I stay right at 9 min now on my outdoor runs. I’m used to treadmill running and I need to lean out considerably, so I’m hoping my medium distance runs get closer to the 8 min pace

Wtf hills are terrible for pacing. How am I gonna qualify for the Boston marathon?!

if I feel okay doing 6 Saturday I’ll probably go ahead and register
