Yeah... I could bike a million miles with little worry but I haven’t been running. I’m mainly concerned about my feet holding up if I jump into 6 milers off the go.
Shaved 4 minutes off my personal death by burpees routine and I’ve only puked once so haha, jokes on you, L7 weenie (I can’t breathe, holy shlt it’s so hard)
