GWN's Fitness Thread

I feel like I’m in good shape to pull it off. I ran 10 a couple weeks ago with a class. Feel like I could do a half marathon with little issue. Just want to post a respectable time.

Yeah... I could bike a million miles with little worry but I haven’t been running. I’m mainly concerned about my feet holding up if I jump into 6 milers off the go.
 
Training for a 5k. I know it’s not much but I gotta start somewhere. Hopefully I’ll build up to a half.
