GWN's Fitness Thread

Basketballs over.. Got back into the weights last night. Going to start running in the mornings and lifting in the evenings. Prayers
 
Damn Z, you can be the new Subway spokesman. They have an opening.
 
Never really tried to lift super heavy or set any sort of one rep PR but did less reps at heavier weights today and worked up to 3 reps at 365 on the squat today. Think if I tired for a one rep max I might have been able to get in the 380 range.

Still need to work harder on the deadlift though.
 
That's a nice squat brother. I think 365 is about the most I've tried. I always neglected legs before, so I was pretty proud to work up that high.

My PR on deads is still 445. I wanted to be over 500 by the end of the year, but a nagging hip injury has finally caused me to shut it down...

Sucks getting old.
 
Been running like Forest Gump. Dropped 17lbs in 3 weeks by just changing my diet and running. Goal is twenty more. Got out of shape too bad smh

I added a treadmill to the home gym to take away the "too cold" excuse. I need to hit the workout routine hard a couple weeks myself.

Get after it big guy. Need to invest in a treadmill myself for the sole sake of convenience
