Ran a different route tonight

Passed street sign breezy creek .. Need it
 
Crushed 5 miles thursday, 3 Saturday, biked 10 Sunday. On my feet three hours Saturday and Sunday coaching baseball. Caught a bullpen sunday and took about 100 swings.

Pretty sore all over on this Monday. Gotta find some motivation to start lifting
 
I'm going to go and put 10 pound plates on each side of the bar next week just to see what it's like, and then just be in awe of 135.
 
Week 6 of p90x. Can now do 4 more pull ups on each set than day 1, and 9 more push ups on each set. I started at 22% body fat (not proud of that) and am now down to 19%. Biggest improvement I've noticed is in my jumping. Box jumps are 15x easier now and I can get all boxes without assistance, but at the beginning I could not get the last two without assistance (box jumps are not in the video, just extra reps I added at the end of plyos). Also, I'm substantially more flexible because of the yoga. My numbers aren't groundbreaking, but more so than anything, I'm proud I am sticking to it and seeing results.
 
Kind of want to brag on myself. I've dropped 20 lbs in six weeks and actually ran a full mile for the first time since high school.
