Alright, so I started working out 5% for this big wedding I’m going to where a bunch of old friends will be…my goal was to get to 300 lbs but I got to 312 and lost 53 in 102 days
My new goal is to be under 290 by Halloween now. That’s 22 lbs in two months
Had a discussion with my roommates and we decided it was time. Gonna start with beer only and not gonna drink at home, but 76 days and it was worth it. Cheers boys
I think, and this is gonna sound dumb, but I’ve been doing 40-45 minutes o. the treadmill and I did treadmill 3 out of 4 days and I think the constant pounding on it and not any giving popped my hip out or bruised the muscle
Took a few days off to heal my back/hip…didn’t work out for four days but still down another 2 lbs so that’s 35 total. Worked out light today and I’m sore as hell but no sharp pain so I should be good to go now
