There are better ones out there but for a starting base I would recommend doing Superman’s. Squeeze at the top and hold a two-five count.@GreatWhiteNorth do you have any good back/lat exercises? I’m gonna start working those out but I’ve never really done them before
Brown’s suggestion on supermans is a great one for lower and mid back strength. For lats, I’d suggest pull-ups. If you can’t do many, get a rubber band assist until you build your strength up. Straight bar rows, over hand or under hand, are also great. Last recommendation for overall back strength and thickness is deadlifts.@GreatWhiteNorth do you have any good back/lat exercises? That’s not a bad time at all man. Great jobDid back/lats on Saturday and cardio rolling hills

Progress is progress. Keep it up!Worked out four times this week. Didn’t lose any weight so I’m a little down but I’m getting toned up
It’s a constant struggle for me. I had to scale back the pre-work coffee prep because I just end up drinking coffee all day if I don’t limit it.I gotta drink more water
