Where is everyone?

So after 25 years of marriage my dad informed my mother he was leaving her because he didn't love her anymore and wants a divorce.

Just like that. 25 years gone.

Wow. I'm sorry to hear that man. I was way younger when my parents divorced so my situation isn't anything like that. Maybe some of the married men can chime in on your situation. That's a tough spot to be in.
 
Hate to hear that man and I am very sorry. It's a weird thing. My parents are not divorced so I can't speak directly to it but my wife's parents are and it can get tense at odd times/for odd reasons. You never know what goes on inside of someone's head.
 
I am sorry, Z. Hopefully there can be some clarification to the shocking news... But goodness. Thinking of you and your family.
