Someone keeps smoking in my building and stinking up my apartment and I'm writing a strongly worded letter

Mrs Verc and I were sitting outside at Moe's ("WELCOME TO MOE'S!") and two rednecks were smoking next to their trucks polluting our lunch, and after a couple of minutes of general complaining we got to talking about how different smoking is from just a (relatively) few years ago. Fifteen years ago I'd come home from the bars on Saturday and have to leave my clothes out on the deck and wash my (long, luxurious) hair because we'd reek from other people's cigarettes. Now almost every place we go is non-smoking. Amazing how quickly it's been marginalized.
