Been sick for over a week, ran a fever all weekend, called to make an appointment with my doctor and he doesn't have anything open for months. What's the point?

I'm sick too. Allergy infection. I've almost choked 3 times in the last two days because my throat is swollen. Sticking to yogurt, oatmeal and soup now
 
Do y'all do any drinks? I picked up muscle milk for the first time tonight. Also got some body armor super drink. Never heard of it before tonight but electrolyte levels off the charts so might as well give it a shot
 
I make my own, for the most part. PES Select is the best protein I've ever tasted in my life. It's spendy, but worth it.

I know a bunch of dudes who swear by FitAid, but I've never gotten into it. I do mix up some BCAAs for my workouts...with your distance running, it might be worth a try either pre/intra/post workout. I like Scivation Xtend or PES Amino IV.
 
I do the BCAA's as well, and some protein post workout. Can't remember the brand off the top of my head but use the Xtend BCAA's that GWN mentioned.
 
I felt it happen and immediately was like "I just tore my pec". Felt like muscle shearing apart. I can't do a lot with my left arm other than move it around...any resistance, especially in a pushing movement, is agony.

Going to try to get in to the doc next week. As long as it's not ruptured and doesn't need surgery, I don't think there's much you can do other than rest it.
