Heat index was 109 here today and I was on a roof.
 
90 days out, finally getting around to fundraising 😬

First training run in over a week. Body felt great, almost like tapering

Could not get air. Like breathing through a straw.
 
Hit 12 pretty slow miles Friday morning. Veered from plan but needed to do it post Covid to know it’s there. Have been hitting a threshold where I just can’t stop coughing.

Definitely could have run the 26 at that pace so now it’s back to dialing in speed and pace.

This week will be challenging to get some runs in. Headed to Cape Town.
