Yes I am. That’s the plan, anyways. I’m only going to do 2-3 runs per week since I’m still doing BJJ 3 times a week. So probably a medium/long run and then a long run at the end of the week.

Been to BJJ three times this week. Have hit weights two mornings and did a ruck march today with the class…3.5 mile shuffle with a 40lb pack. I also led two TacFit sessions with the class yesterday.
