I’ve been lifting again, trying to get stronger before this next marathon prep starts next month. Front squat, deadlift, power clean, bench press 5x5. Really want to improve and maintain leg strength going into the marathon this time.
Yes I am. That’s the plan, anyways. I’m only going to do 2-3 runs per week since I’m still doing BJJ 3 times a week. So probably a medium/long run and then a long run at the end of the week.
Gotta do the weights, Z. The only way to truly reshape your body.
