Been tracking at 176 every morning and down to 174 after my workout every afternoon. Go out for wings and a couple beers after my kid’s first ever tball game and wake up to 179. Being almost 40 is not helping this weight loss program I’m trying to stay on.
Four outside workouts in the heat and the humidity to start the week lead to the scale saying 173.8 for two days in a row. If my memory is correct, that is the lightest I have been since I was 18. That being said, if Memorial Day Weekend is any indication, I'll be back up to 180 by the time this...
Going back to the gym in an hour for the first time in 3 months or so but still woke up and did 30 minutes with the rope and my weight vest. Going to treat Tuesdays and Thursdays like high school and do two-a-days.

I’m at about 7 or 8 pounds and an inch around the waist. My pants/shorts still work but I’m on the last notch of my belts, might have to move down to a size 32 one of those.
What's up gents, hope everyone is getting through this craziness with their health and, just as importantly, their sanity. I'm finding that second one a little more challenging than the first at times.
Was obviously never expecting something like this but, over the years, I'd cobbled together a...
This particular quote was followed up by a post from our friend Bass that I also tried to quote but must've very quickly got nuked where he was bitchin about Z cursing him out and once again bringing up ya'lls podcast (RIP) being allowed on VN while complaining about the one he apparently did...
