Rarely bug y'all with this stuff but a big performance review process starts at my work tomorrow. Submitting my materials shortly and it's the biggest step yet towards tenure. Feeling good about it and my record, but these processes are silly, and I appreciate any good vibes you'll throw my direction.

All materials submitted. Narrative + statements about contributions to the students, department, university, and field. Feeling confident.

The committee reviews them over the next month - only due to the timing of a committee meeting, not that they're nit-picking for a month+. I'll know more early March and hopefully we'll all celebrate up in here.

I’m sure you are a shoe-in. Congrats man. The professor I did/am doing research with is our age and he’s going through the same process.
