Got cleared hot for light weight training today and increased cardio. 6 weeks until I’m cut loose and full go.

I made it up to 4.5 miles this week. At a pace slower than you can imagine.

Temp and sun got me Friday so I decided to purposefully take my long run in the sun today. 14 miler
