I mean what happened with Kershaw? Just suddenly lost it? Did Mattingly channel Fredi and not even get anybody up until it was clear he needed to come out? I'm at a loss as to how you can let the other team bat around against your starter in the 7th inning of a playoff game, even if it is Clayton Kershaw.

It was crazy, he didn't lose control they just kept hitting him. 8 earned runs, 0 walks, double digit strike outs. For the record I agreed w/ Mattingly leaving him in there, he is the best pitcher in the world. You just figured he would make the pitch. He would work a 1-2 count and they would still get hits. Reynolds said on air that they were stealing signs, but that's neither here nor there.
