Honestly I am unsure. If I knew for certain what I was going to do I would have resigned a while ago. I have several options on the burner and am comfortable that something will work out but firstly, a break.

Good man. Met for four hours Friday afternoon. Expecting an offer this week to essentially be operating president (VP of Finance and Business Ops with no president) of one of their most recent acquisitions that's receiving the majority of focus for the portfolio right now

Offer letter rolled in Friday. Discussed with current place of employment today. Expect counter by Friday and to make a decision over the weekend. Way more torn than I thought I would be.

Not trying to hijack your thread TB but thought this might be appropriate place, and not a new career for me but I just got word that I received some recognition from a national organization that focuses on people who do what I do. Unfortunately I don't go by NochNoch on there but I promise, my name is on there (Breezy could probably vouch for me based off of knowing my email for FF).

Normally I don't think I'd bore you guys by putting this here but I'm pretty pissed to find out that, due to the arcane compliance rules in our industry, I can't put this on any sort of social media to try and actually promote myself (which is what SHlT like this is supposed to be for, doesn't do me much good if nobody knows!).
