I've had it a ton of times eating sushi and thought it was fine but a long, slow braise is definitely the way too go. The restaurant I was at put a spicy, somewhat Mexican twist on it but, prepared that way, you could've done almost anything with it.
 
There is a big difference between 260 and 3 bills. Better tighten things up just the same, to be safe.

When i go to buffets, i really don't eat much. My skinny, high metabolismed friends eat more than me. It's kinda strange.
 
Anybody ever had shark fin soup? I had it at my Chinese friend's wedding. It was good but that is probably the strongest thing ive eaten.
