I’m typically Tues-Thurs-Sat. Pushed back to Fri-Sun this week but back to T-T-S next week. Have 12 Sunday, 14 next SaturdayMy run sucked ass. Was tired and sore the entire time. I guess at least I pushed through and got it done.
10 in 97 minutes.
I gotta change up the training plan and sequencing. Need at least one full rest day before these double-digit runs.
Next weekend is 15 miles.
