Where is everyone?

Went to the doc today. He's checking my blood sugar. Diabetes runs heavily in my family and I'm pretty nervous.

It usually skips a generation (not always, but usually). My father was diagnosed with it when he was 17. I know you already know this, but please PLEASE please watch your blood sugar if you're diagnosed. I really hope it goes well Z! Hopefully it's nothing. Prayers sent my man!

That's what I'm worried about actually. My grandfather and both my uncles had it but none of their kids did.

Yep. I've always thought about that if I had children. My father passed my senior year from diabetes. He got the flu, forgot to check his blood sugar for a few days because he was sick and sleeping most the time, and passed from complications of it. Not saying that to scare you or anything, just that I understand the seriousness of it. I hope that's not what it is bubba!

Damn sorry to hear that, my uncle who passed about this time last year, passed out behind the wheel when his blood sugar bottomed out. His foot stayed on the accelerator and he flew through a red light.

Bout to welcome 43 new members to my family tomorrow...
