Peterman's entire meaningful career so far has been about seven or eight drives, both on the road at Georgia and Florida. Dobbs got four full games, including a home game against Vanderbilt. As Brown points out, Dobbs has never been above Peterman on any depth chart. This idea that there's any meaningful difference between the two is just magical thinking.

What accounts were those? All I heard/read about was how bad he was in spring practice and that certainly seemed to be the case in the spring game, although I do think he got a bit of a raw deal from the coaches there. On top of that, it seems like he is just a bit of head case.
