Haven't seen it come back up. Telling a mod to EAD in the single most mod-infested thread on the entire board was not the smartest thing you can do. And apparently he already had a reputation as an instigator.

He got the outright ban, but I'd predict he'll be able to get back in if he waits awhile and then asks Freak nicely.
