GWN's Fitness Thread

Had a 5am ride before heading out yesterday, about to knock out a 45 min run at the beach
 
Bout to take one out and see how far I can go. Goal is ~7 in 60 min but we’ll just see where we’re at. 7 weeks from the half
 
As luck would have it…I am the only one in my weight class and rank in the masters division who signed up for this tournament. Which means I either go up in weight or see if they will let me go down. If I go down, I’ll have to be at 195, which means cutting 5-6 pounds by Saturday. If I go up, I’ll be fighting against dudes with a max weight of 225…probably 25 pounds heavier than me.

Know everyone is in the thread on the mothership, but…

status update: made weight but didn’t drop to light heavy. Came in at 198. Will have to see what they do with me but probably going to be rolling with the big boys tomorrow.
