GWN's Fitness Thread

I have been grinding away on the bike. Losing basketball has sucked. Might even have to start running again 🙄
Don't know why it wouldn't stick for me but I finally had to stop slamming my head up against that wall. I had to come to grips with the fact that I am not, and never again will be, a runner. I will however skip the hell outta some rope.
 
I have been running a ton lately. Was really hoping dropping a little weight would help with my back issues. Not as impactful as I’d expected.
 
Down 16 lbs. At work we have this huge hill full of steps. I’ve been running that and it kicks my tail.
Aight I’m back in on hills and steps

Still holding out on any flat ground/distance running
 
Going back to the gym in an hour for the first time in 3 months or so but still woke up and did 30 minutes with the rope and my weight vest. Going to treat Tuesdays and Thursdays like high school and do two-a-days.
 
Just had my heaviest weights session in over a year at least. Down 25 lbs.. figure it’s time to bulk a little
 
Four outside workouts in the heat and the humidity to start the week lead to the scale saying 173.8 for two days in a row. If my memory is correct, that is the lightest I have been since I was 18. That being said, if Memorial Day Weekend is any indication, I'll be back up to 180 by the time this 4th of July weekend is behind us but I'm going to feel good about where I am until next Monday morning!
