Can't speak on smashed burgers, but smashed sausage egg cheese bagels are the preferred breakfast sandwich of the gods. There was a place around the block in Hoboken that served them. Oh how I miss those.

Keep trying to get the fiancé to realize that brussel sprouts are good so I can work them into the dinner rotation but she keeps shooting me down. That and cauliflower purée too, love them both and never get to eat them.
