What's for lunch?

Somehow I've lost close to 10 pounds.

Taking away fried foods and soft drinks, combined with running a couple of times a week has done wonders.

Nice, man! It really doesn't take much to make a difference. Just discipline, which is oft easier said than done.

The greenway in the Boro is a great place to run or bike if you've never ben on it.

Love the greenway. I jumped off the greenway bridge last summer once.

Never been running/biking, but I definitely plan on it when the weather warms up.

I had some late night Jimmy's last night and it was quite good.
 
The round pb crackers. I have boxes of them in my office. Morning parfait-blueberries, vanilla Greek yogurt, granola. Other than that I eat pb crackers when I get hungry.
