Time is of the essence when you’re putting your home up for sale this late in the year. I’m hoping that’s not a factor for our house being on the lake, but we are not taking any chances.

Plus we have three basic classes starting in the first quarter of the new fiscal year and no one at the helm. It’ll be a nightmare for me the longer I wait.
