Interesting flip by the A's. Basically a swap of crappy left fielders; Langerhans is good in the field but didn't hit much even before crashing this April, and Snelling is supposed to be able to hit but he gets hurt all the time. And he had a crummy April at the plate, too.

I think there's a chance Washington will put Ryan in center, actually, because the guy they've got out there now (Ryan Church) is not very good. Church could move to left, where Snelling was playing. It would be a better position for Langerhans, since you don't have to hit as well in center to justify your existence, and he's definitely got a good glove. Best of luck to him, and it will be interesting to watch how his career in DC progresses.

it will be interesting to see how he hits against the braves since he is not back in the NL east
