Well I did a workout just now and the hip is okay. I’ve really let myself go on the weekends with football the last two weeks and I’m determined to not lose my progress. Just got to ease myself back into and follow my diet rules again

Alright, so I started working out 5% for this big wedding I’m going to where a bunch of old friends will be…my goal was to get to 300 lbs but I got to 312 and lost 53 in 102 days
My new goal is to be under 290 by Halloween now. That’s 22 lbs in two months
