Offense suffers without Joneses

The Braves closed out the Cardinals series without Joneses in the lineup, and scored only one run, though neither Chipper Jones or Andruw Jones is expected to be out long. Andruw Jones got a day off to rest his knee, shoulder and elbow. Chipper Jones needed time off to rest a groin injury he aggravated Saturday night. Chipper felt it while hitting right-handed in the sixth inning on Saturday when he drew a walk, and it hurt as he ran the bases. He took some batting practice in the indoor cages Sunday morning and decided it was a no-go.
