Smoltz 'ready to go'

John Smoltz threw his second and final bullpen session on Monday afternoon and official word is he's ready to go for his start on Wednesday against the Reds. "He's ready to go," manager Bobby Cox said. "He feels great." Smoltz didn't say it himself, choosing not to talk to the media after his 10-15 minute throwing session during batting practice. He reiterated through a Braves spokesman what he?d said last week, which was that he wasn't going to be giving daily reports on his shoulder.
