Los Angeles _ Seldom has John Smoltz recorded a strikeout that led to such an unpleasant outcome. After James Loney reached first base on a third-strike wild pitch with two out in the sixth inning, Matt Kemp hit a tie-breaking, two-run homer that got the Los Angeles Dodgers rolling in an 8-2 win Monday night against the Braves. The Dodgers tacked on five runs in the seventh off Tyler Yates and Peter Moylan to blow open what had been a Smoltz-Derek Lowe pitchers' duel.
