This is starting to get ugly. The Braves mustered just two hits and Andruw Jones' average sank below .200 Friday night in a dispiriting 5-0 loss to the Detroit Tigers at Turner Field, the third consecutive shutout defeat for Atlanta. The last time the Braves were shut out in three consecutive games was April 1988, on their way to a 106-loss season in which manager Chuck Tanner was fired in May.
